General Information
A Lot of Lakes Resort has been owned and operated by Tom and Kathy Gutbrod for over 45
years. Located on the edge of the scenic Nicolet National Forest, our resort is on beautiful
Big Stone Lake of the world-famous Three Lakes - Eagle River chain of 28 Lakes.
New in 2014 is our Broken Oar Lodge (formerly the Whitetail cabin)! This beautiful unit offers a lake view loft, fireplace and screened in porch. The Black Bear Lodge is also a lakeside unit with a screened in porch.
The Cedar, Loon and Timber Wolf lodges are all recently built units set back in the woods a bit but are still only steps away from the water and offer a lovely sunset view from your own private deck! The Cedar and Loon Lodges are three bedroom (two queens, two twins), two bathroom, 2 story lodges.
The Loon Lodge, Broken Oar, Timber Wolf and Cedar Lodge are fully winterized and are available to all fans of winter beauty and activity. Snowmobile trail is at the front door.
Besides fantastic fishing and swimming, our guests also enjoy hiking, biking, and playground facilities for children.

* Rental rates listed do not include sales tax or city of Three Lakes tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
* $50.00 for each additional person, per week.
Bed Linens are available for a small fee.

We offer great discounts during the off-season!
Policies
A $300.00 deposit is required for all reservations; $200 of which will serve as a security deposit. If a cancellation is requested, deposits will be refundable only if we are able to re-book the cabin for the full price. The deposit will be refunded no less than 10 days after departure if everything is left clean and undamaged.
Please specify the number of persons in your party when making a reservation. Guests are
required by law to register upon arrival.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 9:00 a.m.
